The Piggy Education Hour Adoption Process Pig Adoption Form Mom & Dad Pigs Pig Care / FAQs Piggy Adoption process | Piglet Adoption Process To ensure that our pigs find the right humans, we have a specified adoption process. Complete our adoption questionnaire & find the right pet for you.   PLEASE NOTE: WE WON"T SHIP OUR PIGLETS!!  I receive calls from virtually the country pleading with me to ship a piglet!  We won't ship them.  There are TWO reasons why we don't ship.  1)  It is very stressful for these tiny creatures to be put into a muzzle and ride in the vitals of an airplane.  They commonly develop diarrhea from the stress and victorious shaking like a leaf.  2) We WANT you to visit the piglet and parent pigs! We want you to know what you are getting.  See the parent pigs for yourself to stave stuff scammed i.e. paying for a small sultana pigs and then getting a pig that grows to be 80 - 150 pounds.  I stereotype 1-2 calls per month from people who have gotten scammed and say "wish we had gotten our piggy from you and just driven the distance."  Please ensure you are willing to momentum to the Washington DC MetroZoneZip Code 20854We love our piggies and want to find them the weightier 'forever home' possible.  We understand it is a big visualization to add a piggy to your home and have included a page entitled "is a piggy the right pet for you" to help guide this decision. Once the using has been approved, the prospective piggy owner will be notified via e-mail and will receive confirmation on the availability of the chosen piglet(s) on the adoption request application.In the specimen that the piglet chosen has been sold, we will notify you of the piglets that are currently available. At that time, you may segregate to select flipside piglet or possibly wait for an upcoming litter. Health GuaranteeAll piglets/pigs are guaranteed to be in good health and self-ruling from visible signs of infections, contagious or vitiating diseases at the time of pick-up.Piglets will receive their first and second deworming treatment prior to leaving for their new homes. All male piglets will be neutered and sexuality piglets will be spayed surpassing they leave for their new home. We finally found a wonderful Veterinarian who will spay our very tiny sexuality piggies!  This is a forfeit saving to you of $250.00 - $500.00 dependent upon what part of the country you are located in.  In the scuttlebutt section of the adoption application, please let us know what piglet you would like to have! If the piglet is not yet weaned from Mom Pig, please be prepared to pay a non-refundable petrifaction of $75.00- we will let you know when the piglet is eating pig pellets, drinking water from a bowl, and fully weaned from Mom Pig, Once we notify you that your piglet is ready for pick-up, you will have 7 days to pick up your piglet.  Please pick up your piglet within 7 days or a boarding fee of $8.00 per day will need to be paid. If the little piglet is not picked up within 14 days without notification that piglet is ready for pick up, your petrifaction will be forfeited and we will find new owners (unless there is prior, tried coordination with us).  What forms of payment do you accept?We winnow mazuma or POSTAL money orders from the United States Post Office.Money orders MUST be from the United States Post Office.  (sorry, we have had bounced checks, scam money orders and our monies were never recovered and we do not like to pass the forfeit of on-line payment websites onto you or ourselves).You will receive a detailed receipt upon full payment.  Maryland state tax of  6% is included in the purchase priceYes, we are a little old-fashioned. When do I pick out my new piglet?New owners may pick out their new piggy in person. This offer is reserved for individuals who have sent in their $100.00 petrifaction fee or pay the non-refundable fee upon arrival.  When you victorious to pick up or pick out your piggy, we will have seats for you on the porch so please dress for the weather considering we will be outside.
